What forms of online payment do I have?

Payment through the PayPal platform

Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account or with your credit or debit card, without sharing financial information with La Benfík Cosmetics. PayPal automatically encrypts confidential data with the help of the best technologies available on the market. Orders paid through PayPal have no surcharge on the total amount.

Payment by bank transfer

You can make the payment of the order via bank transfer in our account with IBAN number: ES29 0081 0647 8200 0127 9637. The transfer will not involve any additional charge to the customer. The transfer costs will be borne by the payer therefore must indicate in the concept the order number and name of the person making the purchase. We warn that the shipment will begin once received the payment in our account, this circumstance normally will delay the order a day or two more. If the transfer has not taken place within ten days, we will cancel the order.

Can I return the product?

La Benfík Cosmetics does not consider the return of its products once they have been opened or their seal has been removed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase through the online store you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products. To do this, we only ask you to notify us in writing by email to info@labenfik.com indicating the data necessary to locate the purchase. For our part, the moment we receive your mail, we will communicate, through an email, the receipt of the same, indicating the process to follow. To comply with the deadline for returns, the communication regarding the return of the purchase must be sent before the expiry of the deadline.

The return will only be accepted in the event that this is due to causes attributable to La Benfík Cosmetics (defective product or not coincident with the reference purchased). If this is the case, you can return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products. For our part, the moment we receive your mail, we will communicate, through an email, the receipt of the same, indicating the process to follow. La Benfík Cosmetics will pick up the products and/or exchange them for the correct one, taking charge of the costs associated with this return and/or exchange.
